Isaac Guiterrez
Isaac Gutierrez is a senior at San Pedro High School. Born in California but raised in Utah, Isaac has been a resident of San Pedro since 2016. He has a variety of hobbies. They fluctuate from soccer and reading to studying quantum mechanics and philosophy on his own, Isaac’s hobbies go from one side of the spectrum to the other. His passions are soccer and singing. He is currently playing for the school's soccer team and is a member of Glee. When Isaac grows up, he wishes to change lives through philosophy. While Isaac states that he has no awards to brag about, an achievement he is proud of is a short film he made.  “It appeared at a film festival,” he explains, “A high schooler, a middle schooler, and I created a short documentary on the homelessness problem in San Pedro for SPIFFest.”  His favorite books are basically all John Green books: An Abundance of Katherines, Looking For Alaska, and Paper Towns. He says that they are a way he stays connected to his best friend back in Utah. Isaac very much dislikes when people talk with too much slang or when the lunch lady gives him only one ketchup packet for both his fries and burger.
